This home was built by 1913, as it's located on the 1913 atlas (and is mentioned in the paper), but it's not present on the 1909 map of Haverford. The Mcanally family lived in the home at least by 1918.

1920 census: Irish-descent leather manufacturer Joseph and his wife Katherine are living with their family.

John died in 1952, and the family lived in the home at least until that time. John Bannan lived in the home at least from 1963 to 1967, and by 1983, the home was up for sale. It was sold that year by the Curry family to the Hodgsons for $78,000. In 1998, he sold the home to its current owners for $157,500.
